Lhienett Dizon
Audiology Assistant
Lhienett grew up in Grover Beach, CA, and recently moved to Washington state. She earned an associate's degree in kinesiology from Allan Hancock Community College in Santa Maria, CA, driven by her interest in the human body and its functions.
After working as a certified pharmacy technician at CVS for five years, Lhienett transitioned to hearing care in 2016. She was drawn to the field's patient-focused approach and the opportunity to impact lives by helping people with their hearing devices. Her grandmother was also getting hearing aids at the time, which further sparked her interest in the field.
A typical workday for Lhienett involves assisting audiologists by preparing hearing aids and ensuring fittings are ready, checking in and sending out repairs, helping with clean and checks, and providing support as needed. She loves the hands-on aspect of audiology, helping patients, and ensuring they're comfortable with their devices.
In her free time, Lhienett enjoys playing computer games, reading, hiking and walking, exploring the outdoors, and discovering new restaurants. She also values spending quality time with her boyfriend, family, and friends.
