Lossie was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, where she attended GHS, before making Issaquah her home in 2021. Her passion for helping others and making a meaningful difference in their lives inspired her to pursue a career in hearing care.

As a Patient Outreach Coordinator, Lossie coordinates follow-up appointments, connects patients with the care and resources they need, and works closely with the team to ensure patients feel informed and supported every step of the way. Her goal is to make accessing care as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, Lossie loves spending time with her family, traveling, fishing, and exploring her interests in health, wellness, and beauty.
