Onastacia grew up in Seattle, Washington, and graduated from Renton High School in 2017. She was drawn to hearing care by the opportunity to expand her healthcare knowledge and learn something new.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, she welcomes patients, schedules appointments, verifies insurance, and supports the audiologists to help the office run smoothly. Her favorite part of the role is building connections with patients and helping them feel welcomed and supported throughout their hearing care journeys.

Outside of work, Onastacia enjoys time with family and friends, movies, and concerts. She especially loves ’70s R&B, and her favorite artist is Sade!
