It was 2019 and John was three months into enjoying his retirement when “low level ringing in the ears had developed.”

This was a bit of a surprise for John. Despite working in a very noisy mechanical room for nearly 40 years, he says he had “always worn the required hearing protection and would undergo an annual hearing test where my hearing was determined to be near perfect.”

Concerned about his hearing, John made an appointment with Highline Hearing for a comprehensive hearing evaluation. He recalls the team was “very professional and very detailed in testing.”
